Charles Sensenig President/Broker

A passion for quality built homes and exceptional design was developed at an early age for Charles. Helping his father & uncle with electrical work for new homes allowed him to discover that passion. High school and college summer jobs consisted of painting & framing. Studying engineering at the University of Pittsburgh led to a career with Garman Builders where he later started True Point Realty. In 2020 Charles launched Pine Hill Building Co. with partners Mike & Matt Garman. His passion, knowledge and experience with real estate is a tremendous benefit for his real estate team and clients.

Charles serves in a number of volunteer roles for Conestoga Valley school sports programs and enjoys family vacations at the beach.

Charles is a member of the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® (LCAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR) & National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Kornel Kurtz REALTOR®

Kornel serves as a Trustee for Victory Church, enjoys a competitive game of pickleball, and spending time at their lakefront retreat at Eagle Rock Resort.
