Traditional Advertising

Yard Sign: Our signs emphasize ‘For Sale’ and are not cluttered with names and pictures of agents. We use solar powered light for nighttime visibility.

Lock Box: A lock box will be installed for buyers agents to access a key to show your home.

High Quality Pictures

We take high quality, high resolution photos that effectively represent your home at no cost. Some clients may elect to upgrade to professional pictures for a $200 fee.

What we don’t do…

Open Houses: We won’t require you to have your home scheduled for Open Houses. Serious buyers schedule a private tour on a date & time that suits their schedule. Many Realtors push for open houses for their own benefit to be able to hand out more business cards. However, if you wish to have an open house we will be happy to discuss scheduling with you.

Print Advertising:  Only 1% of home buyers indicate they found their home from a print advertisement. Many agents will still advertise in print to continue their name recognition, but it is not an effective tool for selling your specific property.
