If you haven’t considered buying a brand new home, you should. There are new homes being built right now that might be perfect for you. Some new homes might be:
- Already built, but sitting empty waiting for it’s first owners to occupy it
- In the process of being built, that may allow you to pick the final touches
- Vacant land that can be built on

There are plenty more existing home resales on the market than there are new homes, so most people spend their time searching for used homes. Platforms like Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com provide easy-to-use platforms for home buyers to search homes.
